Denodo Developer
Description
As a Denodo Developer, you will be at the forefront of implementing and managing Denodo data virtualization technologies for our clients. You will play a key role in the development, configuration, and optimization of Denodo solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Denodo virtual databases, data models, and data services to support business processes and initiatives.
- Work closely with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into effective Denodo solutions.
- Optimize Denodo environments for performance and scalability, including caching, query optimization, and resource management.
- Implement security policies and data governance practices within the Denodo platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Denodo implementations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders regarding Denodo best practices and capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment of Denodo solutions with enterprise data architecture and strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data integration and virtualization, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Denodo technologies.
- Strong understanding of SQL and experience with various databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and business intelligence concepts.
- Proficiency in Java or other programming languages is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
